Identity Level Elicitation Process

A method to examine self-identity and “superposition,” exploring how the deep structure of identity gradually emerges and expresses itself through different levels of processes. It allows you to see the deeper structure of “who you are,” far beyond surface roles and labels.

Casting A Wish

NLP is based on the “present state” and the “desired state.” This exercise helps evoke the parts of ourselves we wish to express more fully. If I truly lived this way, who would I become? It brings that future version of yourself into the present.

Identifying Archetypes of Transformation for Identity Evolution

Transformation archetypes represent different forms and pathways of change. We will use these archetypes to drive further evolution. Through archetypal metaphors such as “rebirth,” “journey,” “metamorphosis,” and “transcendence,” you will accelerate your change and growth.

Belief Barriers & Belief Bridges

Belief barriers are assumptions or beliefs that interfere with or weaken our motivation and evolutionary process. You will identify the beliefs that hold you back and build new internal “bridges” that support your growth.
