  • 曾服务于马来西亚某国际寿险公司，11年任职期间从一位年轻基层5次晋升为区域业务发展领导，管辖4间分行每年总新生意超过1亿首年年度保费，130位组织经理及1600位业务员的区域。
  • 从企业经理人到导师，这17年期间进行过无数次的培训及处理大量的团队与个案问题，协助公司及业务团队跨过挑战，持续成长。近年来都专注于个人与团队教练，领导管理，销售组织及及企业内部的培训。
  • 6年内已提供及累计超过共400小时的1-1个人教练服务(收费)。对象包括来自销售团队的资深领导及经理，企业业务发展经理及执行员等。
  • 目前为马来西亚EMR国际培训学院的导师及教练。

  • 17 years of experiences in the field of agency development, leadership & management, corporate in-house training & other sales force training & coaching, such as insurance, property, direct selling, e-sales team.
  • Previously served in a Leading Life Insurance Company in Malaysia as a Regional Head of Agency Distribution Channel.
  • Experiences in managing a Region with more than 100 million Annualized First Year Premium & 1600 agents.
  • Over the past 6 years, provided personal 1-1 coaching service to both corporate and public and has accumulated more than 400 coaching hours (paid service). Clients are including senior managers or leaders from the sales team, business development managers, as well as the executives.
  • Currently the Trainer & Coach of EMR Academy Malaysia.
