管理专家

戴老师从80年代初至90年代末都活跃于企业管理，为一位专业经理人。曾任美国跨国公司亚太区总经理，及台湾（亚洲总公司）总经理，然后带着20多年丰富的工商管理经历，深入研究西方心理学，催眠学，系统排列等学问。

老师在教导课程之余也曾担任国内多家企业的企业顾问，并在担任顾问期间为企业带来全新的发展方向与成长。在业界留下颇好的口碑。戴老师强调管理除了系统的完善以外，人的心态管理是企业成功的关键。

培训导师

在1998年，戴老师远赴美国获得了NLP高级执行师认证。1999年，他正式在中国开展培训事业，当时已获得了许多好评。2000年，他在从美国获得催眠治疗认证，同年也授证为NLP及EQ导师。从那时开始成为心灵成长导师，初期教导NLP、EQ、亲子、演讲培训技巧等课程。在2005年以后开始NLP教练技术课程。他是领先的华人NLP培训师之一， 特别是在NLP教练技术更是备受重视。在美国，也只有极少数的NLP教练大师，如Jan Elfline, Tim Hallbom, Nick LeForce 及其他。

Management Expert

Clement had been actively involved in senior management of corporate management since early 80’s till late 90’s. He was the former General Manager (Asia Pacific) of US multinational corporation, and GM of Taiwan (Asia Head Office). He has bringing his 20 over years experience in business management and went in-depth studies in western psychology, hypnotherapy, Family Constellation and many more.

Beside training, he also served as a corporate consultant for numerous of China  local companies, and had brought in brand new direction and growth to the companies development. His good reputation has well-recognized in the industry. Clement emphasized that beside having a complete management system, the people’s mentality management is the key success of the company.

Professional Trainer

In the year of 1998, Clement has obtained the NLP Master Practitioner certification from United States.  In 1999.  he began his training career in China and his work has been swiftly recognized by many.  In 2000, again he has obtained the certification in Hypnotherapy.  Same year, he also has certified as NLP and EQ trainer. Since then he has becoming a spiritual development trainer, conducted NLP, EQ, Parenting and public speaking & training skills program. From 2005, he started NLP coaching skills program. Clement is one of the leading Chinese NLP trainer who has been highly source in NLP Coaching Skills, and by few United States NLP Coach Master such as Jan Elfline, Tim Hallbom, Nick LeForce and others.
